In the recent decade, from being an alternative way to satisfy the niche tourism market without placing danger in the environment, to being a fashionable way of selling tourism products, often having nothing or little to do with the real concept of ecotourism. Although recently, there have been small companies or initiatives, committed to their work, who try to compete in the market without sacrificing their principles.
